My parents heater gave out and when they told me the first people I thought of was rodela plumbing. They came out the next day to assess the problem. Ordered the part and repaired it. Thank you so much. I really appreciate everything y'all did for them. A GREAT company!

I called around 1:20 pm and within an hour someone came. He assessed the problem, told us what was wrong, continued to fix it. This visit was only for a quote but fixed it right away. Very courteous, respectful and wearing a mask. Thank you will definitely use rodela & sons again.

The technician, Phillip was precise on the issue of concern. He took care of a root problem growing into the toilet flange. Home was built in 89 and there are trees all around. He assessed the problem in less than 5 minutes and did the repair in about 30 min. total. He was very courteous and professional. The job was clean as can be. Excellent quality work. He made me aware of every step along this process as he was performing the work. He walked me step by step if this then that, if that then maybe this, etc. Luckily as soon as he removed the toilet he was able to diagnose and worse case scenario was eliminated. He put me at ease. Other locals charge by the hour and scare you with all kinds of tactics to include breaking ground and excavating and rebuilding and and and...I love that they give you a free estimate, they have flat rates, and if you do not want the work done there is no charge. Locals don't do that, they can't afford it. I will call Roto Rooter again for any future needs. Thank you Phillip, you are the best!

Make sure you ask for an estimate BEFORE you use him. It was a simple job--a slow toilet. Obviously something was slowing passage of water. It took 2 seconds to do the job. He used a mini-snake, and with the first try, he unstopped the toilet. Whole visit, maybe four minutes. Charged $75, but I believe $35 would have been fair, in my opinion. I remember he asked me if I was the owner of my building. Perhaps he thought Charge her more; she can write it off as a rental expense.
