Update: we just used Piedmont Metro again at our new home! The unit was old and they sent a tech out quick! After talking with the tech we decided to get a new unit. They were so polite and worked around my schedule to get the new unit installed quick. Thank you Piedmont Metro for the fast an polite service! Great company!!!! 5 stars all the way!

Recently we went to turn on our AC and only got hot air. We called Piedmont Metro after a recommendation from a neighbor. The customer service was great. They assured us by phone they would have someone out quickly. A technician promptly arrived and checked out our unit. He explained everything that needed to be done and quickly had us up and running.
