Called over the weekend asking for service as soon as possible. Had a call early Monday morning, saying technician could come by between 12 and 3. He arrived exactly on time and 12 noon, diagnosed the problem, could fix with new parts in his truck, and was finished, very efficiently, by about 12:30 p.m. I'm very satisfied with the service, and I'm very relieved as well
to have the problem fixed because I have family visiting in a day or so!

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. Only made a phone call for quick inquiry, but the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Listened and was happy to answer my questions to the best of their ability, not knowing the exact situation. Would definitely use them if I had a true plumbing issue!

I am extremely disappointed with Acme Plumbing this time. After having used their services last year for jetting which we paid $500 for this service, I called them to request jetting again for my sewer and spoke with Norman who let me know that the price for jetting had now increased to $650 - which we were willing to pay. I explained this was an urgent situation and I needed someone to come as soon as possible given the fact we were having guests coming the next day. When the Acme technicians arrived the next day, I was told that the cost of the service would be $1,200 - almost double the amount I was told on the phone. The technicians who arrived made multiple assumptions, such as asking to speak to the owner of the house (they sat outside waiting because they thought I was the tenant initially - without asking) and also asked to speak to my husband / make sure to relay this information to my husband, making me feel like I was being talked down at and not taken seriously as a woman and the homeowner who bought my house myself. I called the office to speak with Norman to express my disappointment with the quote - if I had known the full cost, I would have made aneffort to get other quotes in advance, aware there is nothing I nor he can do at this point since I need the service completed now. However, I was most shocked after Norman called me back to let me know that the technicians were going to leave because this relationship was not working and I had previously hung up the phone, assuming I would want to cancel because it never works out with people like me. This was absolutely absurd since the technicians were already here, starting the job, and I had explained this was an emergency that needed to be done immediately. I never explicitly requested for their service to be cancelled and I was calling to express how I felt (rather than writing a review). The purpose of this is to share that if you call their office in the middle of a repair and express your disappointment, they will pull out their services without asking because they assume that's what you want. A lot of assumptions made. I felt utterly disrespected and frustrated with this experience and their office, and will not be using Acme Plumbing again.

Excellent plumbing services! We've had two projects completed by Dr. Drain: plumbing installed for 4 sinks, and a water line installed to our fridge. We were very pleased with how communicative, prompt, friendly, fun and helpful Jordan is. He works hard to make sure his work is done right. The water line took longer than planned due to an unseen metal beam in our wall, but he honored the quote he gave us without an added charge for the extra time. He even called us to make sure things were working well the next day. Great service and reasonable pricing!

Wallace Chambers was punctual and thorough. I had several issues for him to address and he did so efficiently. He did have to go in the crawl space and while he was down there he looked around for potential issues. He explained the work he completed and possible issues very clearly. I highly recommend him.
