Although I did cancel the plumbing service twice (once by phone, and once by e-mail) the plumber still came by the tenets house. At two different occasions - uninvited ! (how embarrassing). Yes, they tried to resolve the plumbing problem however I did not ask for their opinion/help. Lastly I offered them not to charge me for their mistake and/or decrease the charges by 1/2 !! With little luck, I still got charged $95 for the service call, which is higher then other plumbing services charge, either locally or every from the Raleigh/Durham area. Chris is indeed very nice and surely capable. I am just saying carful what you ask for.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Called Lane for a second opinion after a bog box supplier provided quote. Total cost, parts and labor was 1/3 for exact same repair. Owner provided a soft diagnosis after I snapped a few pictures and was able to quote the probable cause and cost over the phone. Will never go anywhere else for plumbing needs.

Came out that night to clean out my main line. He was very nice, professional and print. A plumber that cared.

I'm glad I called Bernie. It's become increasingly difficult to find a good, reasonable home repair person. I contacted about a half dozen vendors to repair rotted out wood and trim on my home. Some were referrals from reputable vendors like Lowe's and Home Depot. If by chance they did come out, they took notes, shook hands and said they would be in touch with an estimate. And that was the last I heard of them. Then I found Bernie. He's very pleasant, he listened, took notes, took pictures, and promptly sent a reasonable estimate. I accepted it. Then he did everything he said he was going to do with no bumps in the road. Along the way, I added some things to the original job. I was comfortable telling him to just add on to the original estimate because I could tell he cared about his work and would be fair. And he was. He was thorough, his workmanship was superior -- when two pieces of wood meet, well, he made sure there was no space between them. In fact, you can't really tell where they were spliced together. I was impressed. I offer him my highest recommendation.

We got three different estimates to look into a backup issue with our toilet. PK Plumbing was the only company that strongly suggested doing a camera diagnosis first. In that way we would be completely certain what the problem is and where it is located. Makes sense. Well, I'm so happy that we approached the problem that way. The diagnoses was the cheapest item on their estimate. It ended up being an issue that needed to be taken care of by the Town of Cary, as the sewage lines were backed up outside our property. We would have wasted money cleaning our pipes with the other companies. PK Plumbing even remained available to speak with the town of Cary to make sure they took care of that quickly. They were so professional, knowledgeable and caring!! I give them FIVE STARS!!

Called and got prompt response to schedule time to come over and fix leaky toilets costing me hundreds in water bills. They arrived early, wore masks, and were both extremely professional and thorough. They not only checked the toilets, but also any other area both inside and outside the house where leaks could happen. I had leak under the sink in the kitchen that was discovered when preparing a large meal for guests. This was on a Saturday night over the Christmas holiday weekend. i put a bucket under the sink to catch the water. I called Jeff and was expecting him to schedule a visit later in the week since this was a busy holiday period. He promptly scheduled a visit and replaced the garbage disposal which was the source of the leak. This was my second interaction with Jeff. He took care of some other plumbing problems several months previously. His prices are fair. The work is first rate and he is always courteous and professional. I have confidence that I have a plumbing problem in the future, day or night, it will be taken care of.
