Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Each time I have use brown brothers over the past 20+ years, they have been reliable. They do good work whether replacing a faucet, fixing a backflow valve or a leaky pipe.
