Best Routine Maintenance in Durham NC

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Mr. Lane was very responsive, professional and good conversationalist - we texted pictures back and forth before the plumber could arrive and he helped me shut off the water at the front of my house to prevent further damage. 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend - Claude Pope

Very prompt service, they could always find time for repeat customer. This is my 2nd time hired BarD plumbing, this time for a plumbing leak. They know exactly what’s the issue without asking usual excuses. Thanks to prompt fixing of the leak.

I had another plumbing company shown up for the same issue( provided by home warranty people) . That plumber had no clue what he was talking and asked me hire a demo guy to even assess the leak , what a waste of time.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. Dan Hines to the rescue!Happy Home Heating & Cooling saved the day when our a/c unit was out of spec at 6pm on July 3rd. With guests coming in from out of town, we didn't want them sweating it out in our house and were desperate for same day service. Dan responded immediately and agreed to make a technical call at 9pm at night. Dan's professionalism and courtesy was unmatched. He quickly assessed the reason the unit wasn't blowing cold, made the appropriate fixes and recommended a maintenance plan for our older units to keep them functioning at peak performance during the hot NC summer. Without Dan we would have sweated through our shirts all weekend! Cannot thank Dan and Happy Home enough for their service and attentiveness and will definitely use them for all hvac needs.

We had an awesome experience with Bizzy Bee Plumbing! The technicians- Andrew, Francisco, & Cindy- arrived on time as scheduled. We even received an email that they were on their way.
