Customer service was horrible. The receptionist was extremely rude and short. She absolutely should not be working in customer service. They overcharge. Would never use again.

I have worked with Dylan on numerous pluming issues. At numerous locations. He has ALWAYS been fast to handle and resolve my issues. He has made sure he's done what was best for the situation and not tried to convince me of something I didn't really need to have done. He is very professional. I handle several rentals and manage several other occupied houses. Dylan is the only plumber I EVER call. If he can't get out right away, I wait.

Mr. Jordan and his associate arrived on time for a scheduled appt this morning and quickly stepped through this list of issues. After doing an initial round of assessment, he and I came to terms on pricing before he began the work. That's actually not quite true -- he'd already repaired my garbage disposal and dropped a bit of wisdom by the time we got to this step. I was a bit surprised by his fees. I've been around the plumbing block a few times in my life -- in a few cities located across our nation -- and his fees are the highest I've paid. That said, I decided to proceed with the work and I'm glad I did. Everything he touched works better now and I have trust in him and the work performed, warranty and all. It takes a village to make a home work [well] and I'm happy to add Jordan Plumbing and Maintenance to my stable of experts that help me with mine.

When we were moving into our house and setting up our laundry room I noticed the hot water was leaking where the hose connected to the wall. Called Waite and they came out the same day which was awesome. The guy came in changed the spouts and was on his way, quick response, top notch service and reasonable prices.
