I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Extremely overpriced, and terrible customer service. They cut me off when explaining the work I needed done, gave me no expectation of price, instead had me make an appointment for them to come do an estimate for, which they missed twice and never apologized for. Finally did the estimate, and charged me $135 for the estimate. Came back with an estimate that was triple of another plumber. Now on the hook for $135 when they wouldn't listen to me originally on the phone or give me any expectation of price going into it.

Axis replaced my 20 years old water tank yesterday and I had chance to meet with the owner Joe and his crew Cam and another crew member later join them to move the 75gal heavy tank from the attic. They professionally cover the stairways with plastics and use blankets to soak any potential drips from the tank. The whole process was fast and professionally carried out. I am most impressed by Cam. He was very polite and courteous during the whole process from setting up to finishing and cleaning up. I also patiently explain how to safely use the water tank under both normal and emergency situation. I strongly recommend Axis Plumbing and will get their help for all future projects.

I chose Legacy Plumbing initially based on online reviews. The first job was small: replacing a kitchen faucet. Joe Hollis was the plumber assigned for that job. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. They have ALWAYS fixed all of my plumbing needs. They are fast professional.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
