I called Roto Rooter for a quote as JB Hunt broke the water valve in my laundry room when they were installing a new washer. The previous tech that was supposed to come out got a flat tire and I waited almost an hour and a half past the original 2-hr window. But, dispatch got another tech that was willing to come out to take a look. We had a sewage pipe issue that needed immediate attention. After getting a sky-high estimate from another vendor, I called Jordan Plumbing and a few other local companies for a second opinion. Mr Jordan came over that same day, explained the issue, described the fix, and wrote me an estimate that was literally HALF what the first company wanted to charge. They completed the job 2 days ahead of schedule and worked cleanly and efficiently. Not only that, but they stand by their work. I was/ am very impressed and have since saved their number for the future. Highly recommended.

We had air coming into our home, but it was not cooling...instantly we knew it must've needed freon (or coolant/refrigerant). *Note: I am not as much of an expert with HVAC as I am with plumbing, but I just knew that sitting in a hot house with my mom and 8yr. old child with temperatures averaging in the upper 90s+ was NOT happening.

At any rate, after multiple failed attempts to find someone (ANYONE) who would come out without a week or more of a wait list as well as insane price quotes for diagnostic tests and lot of other unnecessary fees before getting to the pricey cost of refilling the A/C unit with the material that makes the air cool, the Lord sent us the sweet receptionist (hate I can't think of her name), followed by a return call from Robert, ending with Alex. PRAISE THE LORD!!!

Not only did these 3 individuals arrange for us to have air, they did it within a 24 hour window...the day after one of the busiest holidays -the 4th of July! They were professional, Robert was honest about time windows and costs, and Alex was efficient and thorough with his work on our unit -which, by the way, didn't even seem to take but 30 to 45 mins. My mom, daughter, and I can't begin to tell you how ECSTATIC and gracious we were for the Piedmont Metro team...and might I add, the house is now so cool, we actually had to bring out blankets! Ha ha ha...no, we just raised the temperature a bit. But, all in all, we will NEVER go to another big chain HVAC company or our sorry a** insurance company [AmHS] again.

DO NOT USE. DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!! Paid $450 due to sewer backup that came through my toilet and damaged the bathroom and living room floor. The first person who came was great. After he left, the next stage of my process turns terrible! I guess they are nice until they receive your money. The people for the restoration never showed that day. The camera person to inspect and assess the issue never came that day. It took a whole week after calling 4 times for someone to come out. The guy finally comes does the camera inspect and states he’ll email me the information so I know what the issue is. 5 days later still no email; called 3 times and left a message for the manager. Still NO CALL BACK or EMAIL! And my damaged floor is worse since no one came back from restoration and I can’t contact the insurance company yet because I haven’t received a report on what caused the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They use to be A+ NOW they are an F-
