I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Since Cary is increasing water pressure in their mains, I had Streamline come out to replace the old pressure reducing valve in the house. Allen was pleasant, explained what he was going to do, and then did it. (No leaks, no issues and FAR faster than I had expected). Provided photos of the work done. This is NOT the first time I've used Streamline and I keep going back to them because they do excellent work and have great people.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Alejandro from Acme came to our house to assess a proposed water heater replacement and give us an estimate. He was EXCELLENT, quite clear and informative. He found a couple of small adjacent issues that can be fixed as part of the project. Even with the small add-ons, the estimate was in line with others. We are having Acme do the work. Best plumber ever!!! We had a flood late at night coming from our downstairs bathroom. Edwin was so kind to come out at almost mid night to check things out. He was able to figure out problem and fixed it swiftly. He also made us aware of an issue that could cause another problem in the future. Edwin is a great plumber with attention to detail and does great work! One more thing- he was also helpful in connecting us with a restoration team to help with damages. All around a solid company and we’ll be using them in the future if need be.

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.
