Best Furnace Install in Durham NC

Chester (Curtis) came to perform an assessment of our HVAC system. I was impressed the minute he walked in the door. He immediately was able to setup our smart thermostat correctly....something even the security company rep could not do. Curtis then inspected our entire system. He took pictures of all components and identified problem areas. He was able to perform critical repairs right away...which he documented with pictures as well. Curtis was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a five star experience!

I had no hot water from the water heater. Streamline was able to respond quickly within the same day to my problem. They also had excellent communication, texting updates regarding the status of my appointment, and the technician called when he was on his way. Very professional technician who answered all of my questions and was honest about the situation, which I appreciated. Would use Streamline again!

Not happy with service on my upstairs gas furnace today, unit has been working fine until technician finished telling me I should have blower replaced. Went upstairs to turn heat on and furnace is dead and this tells me technician didn't do the final check to see if unit was working.This is all I'm saying.

These guys are great and price is reasonable. I will definitely use them again. They corrected some work done insufficiently by another plumber and charged me much less.

Damon and Eric sold me a new Amana Compressor for my house week before last. I could not have asked for better service. Damon came out the day the problem was discovered and he offered me 3 options for remedying the problem, with installation 2 days later. The installers were courteous and neat.
