Best Free Inspection in Durham NC

I was recently a first time customer of David Dobbs plumbing and while I hope to not need their services anytime soon, I will definitely be a repeat customer! The service was fantastic, and the thing that I appreciate most is how hard David worked to save me as much money as possible which DEFINITELY builds trust and makes me more ok spending money on the things that he recommends. I called thinking I needed a hot water heater replacement and what he sold me on was a much simpler solution. I highly recommend him!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Dalton came and fixed my faucet/sprayer problem. He communicated well with texts, arrived on time, saved me money and was friendly and intelligent. Absolute gem of a company

Total pluming was Awesome.I called them they came the same day.They are very professional very kind and respectful did a wonderful job and explained every thing to me. If I have anymore pluming problems i will call them you can count on them. Great Job guys!!!!

i have used Sparrow Plumbing since 1986. they did the original plumbing in my house and a variety of issues . In the past they were prifessional,courteous and interested in the customer. recently after surgery i need to have i inline filter replaced. i called and ask that if someone was near my house perhaps so.eone would change this for me. Not an emergency. A plumber came . I gave him the filter and less than 15 minutes it was changed Sparrow sent a bill for $125 That is $500 per hour. When i suggested this was gouging they reduced the cost to $106. The peopke who built Sparrow obviously are not there any more. I was willing to pay but not gouging prices. In the past this would not have happened.Not sure who is running the business but the word family is gone from the firm

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all plumbing projects - large or small. We called after a waste-backup in our home and got prompt response from dispatch. David arrived at our home less than an hour after our call to diagnose the cause of the backup. He found that the main waste line was backed up, and, after snaking the line, found that roots had compromised the pipe. His colleague Gerald came shortly after this discovery with a camera-equipped snake to pinpoint the site of the break. They arranged a replacement for the pipe in less than 48 hours, and John did an excellent job digging it out and replacing it.I will certainly rely on roto-rooter for any future plumbing issues thanks to the professional job performed by each of these technicians.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

If I could leave no stars I would. There are not enough hours in the day to describe all the terrible things about this company. Robert is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. I had no choice but to use them as they were contracted by the granite company. TWO MONTHS later and the issue still hasn't been resolved. On five different occasions Robert set up appointments and was a no-show without any sort of call. It took a very unhappy call from me to finally get him to send someone and then the repair job was horrific leaving me 6 holes in my wall. The electrician was nice and said he would come back out to do more work to repair it, but Robert never scheduled him to come back out and will not return my calls.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
