We are very impressed with Blantons.It is obvious they hire talented, quality technicians and staff.From our first interaction on their website chat with Kira, to the initial repair with Nick, Gus giving us options and finally the installation of the new system with Carl and Tyler, everyone kept us informed and up to date. Exceptional service from an exceptionally nice plumber named Joe, who clearly explained our options and identified what was most urgent. Seems like a well-run company. The family plan is about $250 annually and you get four visits a year for maintenance/inspection (plumbing, electrical, HVACx2) plus waived dispatch fees during business hours.

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

So far I am very pleased with my new system. The installation was quicker than I expected. They worked all the time they where here. They cleaned up and left everything in good working order. As I said so excellent.

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Piedmont (Morgan Truelove) sold me an annual service plan for $200 per year in February 2021. I have called their office in excess of 5+ times now about scheduling my maintenance service since this past spring and no one has responded. They were suppose to come out once in the spring and once in the fall.

This seems to be a common theme in their reviews so, buyer beware!

I am now at the point of filing a fraudulent charge on my credit card since the service has yet to be performed for my business. I would strongly advise going elsewhere for services from this company.

Edit 12/2: This is a State Farm office, not Allstate, and my agreement with your company started in 2020. My first service was to start in the spring of 2021. I called 3 times and your receptionist was embarrassed because no one had returned my call. No one called me back until I posted this complaint. I have text messages to prove it so don’t try to spin this. This office is in transition, which I explained to you, but did not change the terms of the agreement. I still maintain the lease and and my contact number is still the same. Shame on you for your lack of accountability.

Shane and Sam are wonderful to deal with. They both possess good work ethic and Shane's communication is seamless.
