4/4/22 Today Gabriel installed a new garbage disposal, faucet, and cleaned the tankless hot water heater. He was very professional and friendly. Everything appears to be working perfectly so that’s good enough for me! I live working with this company. I trust them and they are prompt with their response whenever I call.

A1 Electrical did a wonderful job on the electrical work for the renovation of our community kitchen. The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

I am very happy with Dominic's professional service. He listened to my shower/tub and sink draining issues patiently and explained in details how he pinpointed the root cause. He also showed me how to manually clean a clogged sink and tub so that I can try to fix similar issues myself in the future. After my A/C wouldn't start, I called around to several local companies, with Piedmont Metro being last. The local competitors were too busy or too slow to schedule, diagnose and the problem. These guys not only came the same day(afternoon), quoted me a very low price to replace, and even replaced the whole unit(inside & out), while I was at work.
