I could not be more pleased with the service and solution I received with this company. Call out to Alfredo who did the work. The well water to my commercial space is light orange with tons of iron, including tiny chunks that consistently clog up the flush valve(s) on my toilet. Another company came up with an over-engineered solution and wanted to charge me 3x more than what I ended up spending with After Hours. Alfredo and team came up with a cost-effective solution to filter out most of the particles and to use a type of flush valve that was less likely to clog. I got an estimate immediately, the work was true to that estimate, and *BOOM* I can flush with impunity now.

I highly recommend this company, and especially Alfredo.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I am grateful that I came across Jimmy Lane with Lane Plumbing. I did a DIY project over the weekend that turned out disastrous. When I spoke to Jimmy, somehow he turned my embarrassment into laughter. He sent out Mark and Jerry who fixed my issue promptly and the cost was very reasonable. Everyone I interacted with at Bar D was friendly, however I am extremely unsatisfied with the outcome of our service call yesterday. We have had water pressure issues since moving into our home and this was Bar D Plumbing’s second time out to resolve the issue. After a quick diagnostic, I was told an adjustment was made to the pressure valve they had previously installed and we suddenly had perfect pressure when multiple faucets were running. I thought our problems were solved.

It wasn’t until I ran a bath for my daughter the next day that I noticed how yellow and full of sediment the water appeared. Come to find the plumbers had switched our water source from city water to well water. Our well has never been tested and I never would have approved that switch to be made. I’ve now spent the last 2 hours flushing out drains and trying to clean all the sediment out of the faucet heads after turning the well valve off. My washer now takes forever to fill due to sediment in the lines and our water pressure is worse than it was before. This is a huge decision to make for a homeowner by switching their water source without their knowledge and I can’t stress enough how upset I am considering I washed baby bottles and cooked with an untested water source.

I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. Needless to say, Drain Express was extremely responsive, and sent someone out within the hour! On a Sunday! The technician that responded was polite, professional and worked quickly to restore our valve. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. I needed a plumber ASAP as my watervwas turned off due to a leak in the main line coming in to a fitting under my kitchen sink, Your Master Plumber Roy Sanders and his partner provided outstanding service. He was very courteous, polite, explained completly the repairs and proceeded to complete them in a timely fashion.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

Wonderful job replacing one of my toilets with one that conserves water. Price was within reason and the guy who showed up was on time. He even cleaned up his work area spotless. 5 Stars for sure.

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.
