I saw a “before and after” photo on the Nextdoor app. Twice I saw photos that could be my bathroom. Then one day I saw a post that they had “openings” in their busy schedule and I made the call. Demarco came by. He listened to my vision, took measurements and photos. I was given a quote later that same day. I was given an estimate of time, 10 business days to complete. They did the job in 11. In all fairness, the extra day was due to a change I requested, so I am very happy with the time taken and estimates of. The attention to details was really good.
They had gutted to the studs and gave me a brand new bathroom. Soaking tub, new toilet and vanity.
I look forward to using the team on my kitchen remodel!

My kids knocked the cap off my outside cleanout which allowed my main drain line to freeze shut. I originally called out another popular drain service; who after trying to snake the line told me that my main line had separated and or collapsed without running a drain camera into the line to verify the problem. That technician told me that they could have their backhoe over the next day to start digging up the line. I called Denali Sewer & Drain and they sent a technician over with a drain camera system that verified a freeze up problem. After a twenty minute steaming of the line; the system was back in service. (And the cleanout cap was properly reinstalled)

Had a service technician arrive to my home within 1-1/2 hours of my call for loss of water supply. Gentleman was able to resolve the issue and several other lingering issues on the spot. Multi-talented plumbing/heating skill-set is a major bonus! This place just received my business from here on out for future use. Highly recommended and even more…GREATLY APPRECIATED! I have contacted John twice, January 2020 and 2021, for different reasons. Returned home in 2020 from a trip and my pipes had frozen, John came right a way and ended up fixing the main leak and a secondary break after restarting furnace. This year I noticed a dry puddle under the furnace and corrosion on some pipes. After reviewing photos, John came within 5 days and replaced only what was necessary and checked the operation of the unit.

John's experience shows in his work, thoroughness and concern for his customers. I have referred John to friends and co-workers, who have let me know they too appreciate his service.

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers.
