Our water heater had ruptured and was flooding our house. After waiting 2 hours on another repair service, with no word on when they would be here, I contacted Summit Mechanical. Bill said he could be here in 1 hour. He showed up on time, gave me an on the spot estimate and installed a new and better water heater all in the same afternoon! We hired this company to service our Rennai gas heater that we have in our home. When the technician went to go put the gas heater back together, it would not turn on. We had to then go buy parts and put them in ourselves. We figured out that the problem was the technician never put cables that were supposed to be connected back in. We called the owner and we spoke with a supervisor and in the end, the company made it right. They took care of it and for that, we are grateful.

Matt installed a new furnace and fixed the ductwork for the adjacent hot water heater. They were fast, efficient and clean. Removed all the old parts, left us with a case of new filters and explained the new system. Highly recommend them.

Our family was out of state and had a house sitter watching our place. She called over the weekend and said that the house was about 50 degrees. (in February) We called KLEBS immediately because 2 years ago the same thing happened and they were immediate in response. Brad is a honest hard working dude. A lot of techs don’t actually open up the boiler and clean it out. He gave my boiler what looked like it’s first real service. He’s also doing some plumbing projects around my house. Excellent customer service and explains everything. He’s definitely the only person I’ll call to work on my house!
