Best Home Plumbing Needs in Anchorage AK

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had working with a company. I went with them to install a gas insert which was installed all wrong. I expected the owner of the business to care more about the issue but instead he threatened my husband to put a lein on our home instead of remedy any of the bill. Might I add we didn’t receive the bill for 7 months after the work was done because they were sending it to the wrong email. No call until 7 months later which I immediately called back. The job was done so poorly that it showed up on my home inspection when selling! He called the inspector uneducated to this situation and me a liar. Don’t give these guys a dime of your money. I’m appalled at the amount of money I paid to be so unhappy with the job done.

Owner, Isaac, and his son, Isaac did a fabulous job diagnosing the problem and then correcting. Very knowledgeable and professional, cannot recommend highly enough! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

We had our line backup on the weekend... the guy came out and snaked it... less then 72 hours later the problem came back... The second guy who came out was very gracious and apologetic, explaining what the first guy didn't do and what he should have done to resolve the issue in the first place... The fact that Denali Sewer & Drain did not try to double charge us, explained to us what the issue was, and how it should have been resolved in the first place, is the reason I gave them an Excellent rating. It's one thing for someone to make a mistake and not fix the problem... we all make mistakes... But it's refreshing to find a company that's willing to go out of their way to fix the problem correctly once they know all the facts, be apologetic about it, not make up excuses, and go out of their way to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

They were able to reschedule me for an earlier time and I was able to pay remotely easily.

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers. There were supposed to stop by and give us a quote, then never bothered to contact us back after the plumber stopped by the home. They refuse to contact us back, weeks waisted. I would never use them.
