I just had Jared and Timo do a two day install on a heating system and they were great. I haven’t seen a couple of harder working guys in a long time. In this post-COVID day of companies generally not caring about customers Flow Star was a breath of fresh air for good price, on time, hard working reliability. The Technician was awesome. (Michael.) He was very thorough and tracked down the problem. I am disabled and elderly and he was patient and communicated everything clearly. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciate Living Waters for all the help they gave me.

Kevin did come to diagnosis boiler, took apart cover did not find problem after 30min charged me $95 and left. About hour after he left the boiler shut down again. Called him but no answer, left message and never responded. There for the two star rating. I ended up having to fix it myself. I found one wire that wasn't grounded properly and thank god that fixed the problem been working great since. I have no experience fixing boilers but this was very obvious when I took it apart.

I would highly recommend Paragon to do any of your plumbing and heating needs. They do the job right and will not waste your money and time. There is no need to call any other plumbing and heating companies

Bought my place a few years ago and the old gas hot water heater was on its last leg. Brown water made taking a bath impossible and dirty. Getting a new one is an investment.
