I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

Came out to check a bizarre leak which could not be replicated, spent some time analyzing the possible source. Very friendly staff, did not charge me anything for the diagnosis. Will use again.

I woke up to a flooded lawn and called these guys. They found a leak in my main water line and fixed it in a couple of hours. Nice people, I would use them again.

The work was done in a professional manner. Christian made great recommendations and his clean up was excellent. I was very satisfied overall. Two hours later after using the sink I saw that was water on the floor dripping from the new installation. I contacted dispatch and ask to have Christian come back out. He didn't return that day but the next day. When he arrived I showed him where it was leaking from. All of a sudden I was told it was leaking because it was backed up, clogged due to hair and the big one, the year my house was built. He mentioned he would have to run a cable for $399.00. It couldn't be because he just didn't double check his work before leaving. Next time you are called back to a home just acknowledge the fact that just maybe it was all you and don't blame the customer. Your rating of (5) was reduced to (3) just that quick. I learned something, wait a few days before giving a review. Make sure the work done and paid for actually took care of the problem . The pipes on the bathroom sink was changed out to black plastic due to old pipes were rust and holes were developing. He took it all out and did it again and so far its not leaking. This morning, Sat. 4/15 it is currently leaking now from the top pipe near the drain. I have asked for a mgr. to call me 3 times since yesterday. No response.

Thank's to honest repairman like Vance my plumbing job was repaired the same day and I was not robbed in the price. I had one other bid at 2 1/2 times the price and they were not using quality parts like Vance did. This is my only plumber for now on.

Very responsive and willing to come on a Saturday to resolve our bathroom sink leak. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

I was directed to this company from socalgas for my water heater issue. Got diagnosed and told for pilot assembly and gas controller issue. I am not an expert so I had to go by the guys who are claiming ‘experts’ themselves. I was given the estimate of $525 to fix the issue and the technician said it would be an hour work job. Since it was an emergency, I even paid the express shipping fee to order the parts.

For the estimate I was given compared to the time required to fix totally did match for me so I had a handyman I know to come and look at it. He diagnosd for gas connect issue and fixed it in 10 minutes without replacing any parts and all the complicated work process.

I called the company again spoke to the manager but they only went by the manual and gave the estimate based on their rates and blah blah. They could have been right and how I resolved my issue could be only temporary, but, if this company/technician really concerned about my issue he could had done the same thing and fix ‘temporarily’ since we had been asserting the issue is emergent since the issue is at my business rather than just giving me the $525 repair estimate cost in the beginning. In results, I am still waiting for the parts that I didn’t even get to see those yet that I paid for express and paid diagnosis did not help me at all.

Be aware when you deal with the company.

Driving on the way home and passed by this van and the driver was on the phone Driving on the fast lane at 55 miles per hour with no traffic ahead of him 🤬. The unprofessionalism is mind boggling.
