WORST COMPANY OUT THERE!

It's funny how similar the negative reviews are on here. After having a back up in our toilet instead of pouring chemicals down the drain we called this plumbing company. Bad decision! They sent out a guy named Victor. What an arrogant inexperienced little guy. Seriously, this guy has probably worked a few months for his uncle or something because he was by no means a seasoned plumber. What a joke. He claimed he couldn't reach the clog with the snake. The whole time telling me he was at least 50 feet in (1-1/2 hours). What a liar! You could clearly see the snake was only spinning. He kept telling me the main line was clogged. We have two bathrooms and a kitchen and all drained fine but he insisted it was not a localized problem. Needless to say he recommends a camera inspection and hydro jetting service at 825 + 200 for the inspection. He then states he might be able to work out a deal with his supervisor. He goes to his van for about 5 minutes and tells me the supervisor can do it for 825 and waive the camera fee if we do it within the next hour, no warranty and there's only a 50/50 chance it will work. NO THANKS!! The whole time he's acting as if he is God and his word is supreme and we're just dumb home owners. Ha! Called another plumber the next morning. The plumber was in our house for no more than 15 minutes! problem solved! With 90 day warranty. I'm not kidding. I asked why couldn't the last plumber fix it. He didn't want to take a cheap shot at a another plumber so he took the high road and said he may have used the wrong head or was just a bit inexperienced. A bit? Could have cost me, but with good judgment only cost me 96 bucks. You've been warned.

I don't usually write reviews but when a company simply stands above the rest, I believe they deserve to be noticed. I spent all day Sunday creating a mess on a 1 1/4 water pressure regulator. By 7 pm, we had no water in the house and I was done! I called Countywide and the owner, Rick was patient enough to explain the problem and the possible resolution on a Sunday night! He sent one of his guys the next morning, Nick, who was already briefed and began putting the puzzle together. Nick really knew his stuff! By mid-morning, he restored water to the house and got rid of all my headaches. Simple as that! These guys are fair and professional. I learned that CountyWide has been around since 1992 - this is the reason why!
