I had a water heater Navier installed 3 months ago. The system provided uneven temperature at different locations. Very hot in the kitchen and cold upstairs. We have been living with this condition until Do it Right plumbing came to fix it today. The technician Christopher Rolg is professional and knowledgeable. He informed me that the heat distribution devise was installed at the wrong location. It was installed at the beginning of the water line instead of the end of the water line. He reinstalled it and fixed the problem. Thank you so much Chris.Anthony

Carl Shields is a crook and a liar lied about everything took thousands of dollars and didn't do any work if anyone knows where they bank please post it .I need to go claim my money they won't tell me where they deposited my unendourced insurance check won't reply to my calls or cooperate in any way does any one know where they bank ?

Kyle showed up at my house on time and ready to work. He examined the problem and developed an immediate plan to fix the issue. He was clean, polite and very professional. We will definitely be calling them again.

Horrible service. Plumbing team came over to diagnose a a leak and completely missed that a copper pipe had a radiator hose clamp with a rubberband on it. Team did a whole house leak test and tried to convince them to add a blow off valve to the exterior of the house. Also, tried to sell them on the idea of redoing the drainage for the water heater.

After I spoke with the lead team member over the phone, he seemed defensive about the whole issue. He started saying that my parents did not tell him where the leak was at. After that, he said that his team had to be paid for the time they spent at our house which is completely unprofessional.

Team could not find the leak and they just wanted to upsell my parents for everything.

Attached is a radiator hose clamp on a copper pipe which clearly sticks out to the naked eye.

Wasted $ 275 for them to tell us the obvious.

He took the time to explain what services he needed to provide in order to do the repair and was time efficient when doing the labor. We will have them come back to replace our toilets and take care of our other plumbing needs.

B and B did a great job installing an expansion tank to for my new water heater. I was having issues with my t and p valve and I didn’t know what the issue was and I couldn’t use my new water heater. I called two other local plumbers during my search who wanted to book an appointment two days later, no thanks I need a hot shower today. Thank you to all the staff that helped us the same day to get a hot shower.
