Rooter Man advertised 48 dollars to come out and clear a drain, I had a slow draining tub so I called, the girl told me the 48 dollars was only if I had an easily accessible clean out outside, if their plumber had to walk all the way inside to the tub, that would be nearly 3 times the advertised price of 48 dollars , very deceptive , I would have been happy to pay the 150 dollars if that's what they had advertised. I declined to do business with Rooter Man.

Great job. I called and got service the same day. Plumbers were on time, friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. What I really appreciate was the fact that i was informed about the status of my appointment. In my experience, plumbers that I’ve called don’t keep there appointments and don’t bother communicating that they won’t be able to make it. My RHEEM tankless water heating was leaking and thankfully was under warranty. RHEEM offered to replace the unit but I had to go through a PRO Partner and pay for the cost of labor. I searched the closest plumber companies and one of them was B&B Plumbing.
After calling several companies, I decided to go with B&B. Robert came to my house within the time allotted and he replaced the faulty unit quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions.
B & B handled the return and paperwork for the return of the faulty unit. Everything was done in 2 hours! Needless to say, I am very happy with the service and I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

So I was having an issue with my plumbing and called All City plumbing out. They sent out the plumber Daniel B and he was great! Found out the problem quite quickly and provided options for immediate repairs and other upgrades! All around a great experience with this company.

Beware before scheduling with them. The interesting part is that I had two separate jobs and yet they’re excuse for not showing up with the same exact thing. This must be a story they give all the customers after waiting and waiting. I received a phone call from their answering service, telling me that the plumbers were stuck on a disaster with a sewage leak, which was understandable, I believed them.Then I called them back a few days later to do another plumbing, they gave me an appointment time, and I waited and waited only to receive another phone call from JENNIFER telling me that the plumber was not going to show up because he were busy dealing with an inside sewage leak. I just about died the same exact story with the urgency in her voice. Apparently she didn’t remember that the previous week she had given me the same excuse as why the plumber was a no-show after I have waited half the day!!!! Apparently this is Barker and sons “go to story” when they don’t show up for the customers they don’t show up to.Unless you’ve got all day to sit around and wait for a plumber, who will eventually not show, I would call someone else.

I was very pleased my referral of Countywide Plumbing's Nicholas Santos to my very good friend Miss Becky went very well. Mr Edwards' (president of C/W,) pricing for a full heat and a/c system was not only more than fair (especially in these financially challenging times) but the installation was quick and accommodating. Mr Santos's knowledge and expertise is exemplary in performing such a difficult and technical task. (He oblivious had a very experienced and knowledgeable as well as compassionate, considerate and patient instructor of the highest order as a fine young man). Mr Edwards choice of these fine, industrious gentlemen under his leadership is paramount in having success in a very competitive business. and I'm very certain Mr Edwards will justly reward these fellows well).
