Rooter Man advertised 48 dollars to come out and clear a drain, I had a slow draining tub so I called, the girl told me the 48 dollars was only if I had an easily accessible clean out outside, if their plumber had to walk all the way inside to the tub, that would be nearly 3 times the advertised price of 48 dollars , very deceptive , I would have been happy to pay the 150 dollars if that's what they had advertised. I declined to do business with Rooter Man.

Needed to replace my water heater and Jeremy was able to help me the next day. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

I woke up to a flooded lawn and called these guys. They found a leak in my main water line and fixed it in a couple of hours. Nice people, I would use them again.

Aj was recommended to me and I could not be happier. His work has exceeded expectations from the two times I have used him. He has shown up ON-TIME unlike other contractors in the past. He had to step out to get material and notified me when there was going to be an unforeseen delay (which was not long at all.) The work has come out great I have had ZERO ISSUES with both of the repairs performed on the house. I am looking forward to continuing business with a professional who presents himself in a great way and follows through with great service.

The photo of the tee is from a leak under the house with a raised foundation. The photos of the outside area is from a leak at the water main. AJ dug up the grass, repaired the leak, and reinstalled it as shown in the picture. He even took the time to prevent future problems by removing excess roots around his repair!

Old Towne Plumbing is a scammy company. I have a tenant who believed she had mold in her unit, so she called this company. Carl Shields came out and told her it was bad. I spoke to him and he told me it was bad and would need all sorts of expensive work. To prove it, he told me would come back to the unit with a camera and take pictures of the insides of the walls. He said he would hire a 3rd party company to take samples and do testing. Shields quoted me at $800 for the testing and told me that everything else would be part of a free estimate.

Everything about him seemed fishy, but I was very busy with other work at the time and my tenant was so convinced she was getting sick due to mold. I told Shields to send me a work contract before doing any testing. He never sent the work contract nor did I sign anything; he scheduled with the tenant and came in there to do the testing anyway and tried to bill me for $1,210.

When I objected to the extra $410 in extraneous charges, instead of addressing them, Shields started to accuse me of being an absentee landlord.

I don’t know how many plumbing companies out there make their work on predatory practices like this, but this is the first time I’ve ever come across it. Steer clear of this company!

Our family called Clean Out King’s (COK) twice and the second time we requested Mr. Bobby Tieu.
The first time It was a rookie descaling question and the visit was gratis because the work was done but We simply needed reassurance because water damage can an expensive repair.
Our hot water stopped working and flowing about six months later. This time we called Clean Out King and requested Mr.Tieu because he was punctual, came PPE prepared (as we have family at high risk for Covid), donned shoe covers after entering our home, and had his tool belt/bag ready to work. Mr. Tieu took one look at our Rinnai tankless water heater and stated he couldn’t physically touch our Rinnai tankless water heater because he/his company was not Rinnai certified thus VOIDING our warranty. He instructed us to call Rinnai Corporate HQ and have them give options of certified Rinnai tankless water plumbers.
Mr. Tieu is a PROFESSIONAL and his iINTEGRITY is appreciated!
