Best Property Management in Anaheim CA

If I had the option if zero stars I would have done that. This company was hired through our apartment complex to redo ALL the pipes.
We noticed the first day that one of our lampshades had been broken. When we asked the guys about what happened, they denied that they had been anywhere near the lamp. We don't have pets and none of us did it, so ghosts maybe?
The next day we realized that we were missing the cover panel to a ceiling light and that the door enclosing our A.C. unit was literally ripped off the hinge (as if it was pulled off the wall by the Hulk?). Again, we got the 'not our fault' line about the door and were told they would replace the panel ASAP. That was last week, Wednesday/Thursday ish.
While re-doing the drywall on Friday, one of the workers put a nail through the new flexible pipe they had installed and caused a massive leak that flooded one of our closets. Despite it being their fault amd their job, they did not fix it. We had to get our complex to come out and do it.
It's now Tuesday of the week after the work should have been completed and they haven't addressed any of our concerns about the damage done to our apartment by their workers.
Would NOT recommend.

Their estimate was a fraction of what we received from other companies and included more than what was being offered by their competitors!…I was shocked by the other outrageous prices we received and am thankful for calling around for additional estimates. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the process to resolve the issue was explained in full detail. All of the technicians were respectful and courteous from the very start and made my frustrating day and experience pleasurable. This is the 2nd time I've used them. I can't say how thankful I am to have a company I can trust. Now it's the 3rd time. I'll be using them every time I need a plumber. 4th time. It's simple, everyone I've dealt with has been as helpful as could be and they've repaired my problem each time, I've never had to call them back to redo a repair. I can't say enough good about them. I hope I don't need them again anytime soon but if I have another plumbing problem, I'll definitely call them.

The gentlemen from Orange Coast Plumbing who serviced my house's plumbing needs were on time, professional, helpful, and extremely nice. They explained everything that needed to be done in simple terms and delivered results in two days. The long short is, I had over 10 feet of roots growing in my main line and needs to not only remove the roots, but get plumbing cleanouts installed as my home is old enough and didn't have them. I also installed a lining on my newly cleaned out main line to prevent this from happening again. The crew was efficient and timely and did what they could to help me, as this was a huge out-of-pocket expense. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

James fixed up our water leak same day! Had a toilet flooding water onto the floor. Great service. Definitely reccomend Orange Coast Plumbing!

Had them out to snake my main line. Clean, honest and did a great job!

On time, friendly, honest. Didn't try to upcharge for things we probably don't need. He replaced a simple part and said he was 95% sure that was the problem and was fixed. He said should my tub leak again to call him back out to further investigate and would not charge me another service call. Impressed to say the least
