Juan was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Our kitchen sink wouldnt' drain, even after we tried to snake it our selves. When he met resistance in the line, he said, i woudl like to stop here and test to see if the blockage has been cleared. I have met resistance, and i am afraid i may do more damage than help if i push to hard. Luckily for us, the blockage was clear and further work was not needed. We are mid renovation, and he asked us if he could make a recommendation. He suggested, that since we have the floors ripped up anyway, that we should go ahead and replace the lines. In a 1960 house, they are at end of life and cast iron, so the bottoms are likely rusted out in places. He was in and our in 30 minutes. We had a port(?) outside our house, so he was able to access our plumbing externally.

My only annoyance was with scheduling, they didn't actually have open the time we wanted online. So their system doesn't actually align w/ their availability. We requested a 6pm slot. They called me within 5 minutes, but said they weren't actually available until 10am the next morning. So, very responsive in their Customer service, but misleading with their availability.

So Juan was amazing, the company could use a more accurate scheduling tool.

I woke up to a flooded lawn and called these guys. They found a leak in my main water line and fixed it in a couple of hours. Nice people, I would use them again.

Extremely rude over the phone! Called to have someone come out to give me an estimate for some work on my house. Right off the bat, they made several incorrect assumptions then promptly spoke over me and raised their voice when I tried to correct their ignorance. You don't have to be the best or the cheapest to get my business, but you do have to be respectful to the customer. They spoke down to me as if I knew nothing about having a sewer line installed, but they didn't know I'm an architect and deal with plumbing issues routinely. What's worse is that they wouldn't even let me explain that to them. I would NEVER use their services and neither should you.

I've read your response and it reiterates all the incorrect the assumptions that you made on the phone. Since our one-sided conversation, I've had several, qualified, plumbers come out free of charge to look at the property and give me estimates. None of them wanted to charge me $425 (unlike you). However, the cost is not what bothered me; you're free to charge whatever you want. What bothered me was that you spoke over me, were very impatient and assumed my project would fail with me acting as the GC without even knowing my background or abilities. PS - there's a nice way to let people know you're not interested in doing a job.

Rey Torres sure knows what he is doing! We had some recent work for the company I work for. We had to shut down both our men and woman's restrooms, contacted Rey and he came out the next day early morning, very rapid response and amazing service! Will even have him do some work for my house soon!

This review is long over do for Platinum Plumbing. Platinum Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use and refer. The professionalism, honesty, dependability and cleanliness is par none. I am always reluctant to allow people into my home without me being present but Platinum Plumbing(and my house cleaner) are the only people I trust and do not have to worry. There is no question I have and will continue referring them to anyone looking for the best of the best plumber, whether an emergency or a scheduled installation. Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!

Good service but, was unable to finish a job that was scheduled a month prior. I have used this company before with no issues. May just been a one time fluke.
