I had a huge flood in my basement I called water damage restoration in Orange County and they were super professional they came same day late at night and they extract the entire water from the basement.
At the same time, they removed all the wet Sheetrock to prevent turning into mold the also left commercial dehumidifiers and fans for 4 days when they came after 4 days to pick the machines. Very professional setup, and to make sure that all the water damage was gone.They were super fast and professional and the crew was very nice all the way in the process I highly recommend them to anybody that needs an emergency service thank you guys!!!!

Aj was recommended to me and I could not be happier. His work has exceeded expectations from the two times I have used him. He has shown up ON-TIME unlike other contractors in the past. He had to step out to get material and notified me when there was going to be an unforeseen delay (which was not long at all.) The work has come out great I have had ZERO ISSUES with both of the repairs performed on the house. AJ dug up the grass, repaired the leak, and reinstalled it as shown in the picture. He even took the time to prevent future problems by removing excess roots around his repair!

Andy is awesome. Communicative, pleasant, skilled, and all around nice guy. He helped me previously with my toilet issue a few months back and today he was able to clear up a clog in my house pipe that leads to the sewer, and he also installed a water pressure regulator on my main pipe. Would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

We asked this company to replace a part of our water heater . The part was issued by Ferguson thru our warranty . The initial cost for this guys to initiate work was $500+. Their person went there replaced the part that was wrong . They charged us for the replacement and labor. The total expense was $1100+ and the water heater still not fixed. Two options we have buy a new one which will cost us $2 k or ask them to return and fix it and who knows how much they will charge us again. We are small business and during this pandemic we do not have enough income that will cover this emergency costs. It is unbelievable that small businesses have no way to fight this financial crisis! Just beware of this kind of deals that are hidden. Thank you.

We called Accurate because of an emergency leak in the evening. Jesse and his crew came in the next morning and take care of the leak. These guys are A+ for any plumbing issues. We'll use Accurate again. Best plumber in Orange county!

RIPOFF REPORT! RIPOFF REPORT! If possible this review would be DISMAL-DISHONEST! Check Angie's List, YELP, and other review sites to get the truth on these con artists. Right in the reviews you can see exactly what is going to take place with your clog problem. They must train their techs on how to screw the customer out of as much money as possible. They start off with the $99 special then do the blunt end snake won't clean the clog. Of course not! Plumbing snakes used for cleaning have blades on the end. Then the price goes to $395 for the next non working step. Then $1100 for the hydrojet service and finally they finish the con with the.... we just had a SPECIAL and Sam the tech that came to my friends house in area stated he was gonna call his supervisor to try to get you that special price. He comes back in after probably counting to 20- crosses out all the places where a customer can cancel the work (has her initial it). He allegedly runs the camera down the pipe (my guess is they use recorded video) that shows a collapsed main line to the city hookup. Then he sells her the new clean out trap and running pipe to the city main. The cost is now over $6,000.00. The problem then is they do such shoddy work that she can't use her toilet. Then to make matters worse she had human waste bubbling up in her yard compromising the health of her elderly rescue dogs. I did some research on this company as we filed a complaint with the Contractors State Licensing Board (CLSB). I discovered that the owner of the company has 3 plumbing licenses. One under his name, another under Aram the head honcho who came to my lady's house and verbally abused her claiming she was trying to get work done for free. The 3rd is under another guy's name with Aram listed as CEO. What legitimate company needs 3 SEPARATE CONTRACTING LICENSES FOR THE SAME SPECIALTY? The answer is NONE. Only SCAM ARTISTS require multiple licenses so when they get too many complaints against that license number they just switch Licensing numbers. I hired Michael's Valley Plumbing to come out and run a video camera through her main line and they were supposed to give her a DVD showing what was discovered. Bottom line is the hydro-jetting should have done the trick. The problem was Aram brought an old broken down machine that had the hose running through PVC pipe and there was very little water pressure as the hose had more holes than Swiss Cheese. No water pressure, no hydro-JET more like hydro-TRICKLE! According to Michael's video there was no concrete, or any signs of trouble in the main sewer line. The hydro-jetting with the proper equipment would have done the job. So Express Plumbing conned her out of $5,000+. The rest of you folks need to do what we did. File a complaint with the state. Our next step is to take Express to small claims court to recover the $5,000+ they stole. They use new math as Chloe M. points out in her review. If you see an Express Plumbing truck coming your way hide. They might figure out a way to suck money out of your pocket while driving by. REMEMBER- HONEST BUSINESSES HAVE ONE LICENSE PER CONTRACTOR SPECIALTY! STAY AWAY! I hope we can get all 3 licenses involved in the lawsuit. Report them to the state so they will have to go out of business. They also DBA Golden Best Plumbing, Express One Plumbing and one other besides the main company name. An honest company operates under one name as they don't want to miss out on referral business. No potential dishonesty there! Yeah, right!

Noah Fierro provided excellence service as well as inspection. He provided us with excellent service and complete and utter satisfaction. I'm pleased that Noah was able to find the problem and solution in the time he did. He's an excellent repair man who's kind, polite and amazing at what he does. He fixed the problem in minutes and we've had no adverse issues since. His skill subside NexGens service is impeccable.

Encountered a driver today in van #03. He cut me off then flipped me off and threw a drink that got all over my truck and my dog. I will be calling the company later to report him.
