He made 2 trips to our house to make sure our current plumbing issue was resolved completely, and our price did not change for the 2nd trip - which was very much appreciated. Since i was home and wanted to learn, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing to tackle the issue and more importantly why he was doing what he was doing. Often times plumbing issues create quite a mess, AJ spent extra money to make sure he had enough tarps and materials before starting our job. That helped contain the mess and again he took extra time to clean up. Our place did not have any odors when he was done with everything. We will surely use his services for any future plumbing needs, and without hesitation will refer our family and friends to him for any plumbing needs they have. I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Cleveland Plumbing was contacted after damp drywall was found while having flooring installed in our laundry room.

Cleveland came out, asked permission to cut open the wall to inspect for leaks. I was given the option to remove the drywall myself, to save money. The area was directly below the laundry water source and drain. Cleveland performed a thorough inspection and found the issue to be the water valves. They installed 2 high quality 1/4 turn shutoff valves. Cleveland's plumbers were fast, friendly, clean and professional.

I will definitely be using them again for my plumbing needs.

In the process of having a new refrigerator installed, we discovered the need for a new valve to connect to the water line. I called Apex Plumbing and Leon was at my house within an hour. My kitchen sink was pouring out water from under the sink. Jeff fixed the incorrectly-installed pipe connections that had been installed years before. It was a complicated project but Jeff was able to figure out the best pipe configuration. He also installed a new garbage disposal. Everything is working great! No more leaks and no more bad smells. Jeff's 35 years of plumbing experience really showed. It was a relief to see that Jeff knows what he is doing when it comes to fixing plumbing. Jeff is also a congenial, nice person. My golden retriever puppy loved him! I will definitely call Garrett's Plumbing the next time I need plumbing help.

Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!
