Excellent service! Dzmitry was polite, knowledgeable,worked efficiently and well, and explained very thoroughly the work he was doing and why. I will absolutely continue to call upon this company for all of my heating/air conditioning needs in the future. Dzmitry was top notch! Professional, friendly, honest and quick.

My mother had a leak in the kitchen sinks and called Power Pro Plumbing and they came right out to help. Adam and another young man was very knowledgeable and explained to us that the pipes were bad and took pictures to let us see exactly how bad it was underneath the house. And as for their customer service top notch i called for a copy of the invoice and Z was very helpful in emailing it to me. If we need anymore big plumbing jobs they are first on the list.

We use this company for heating, air conditioning and plumbing. Absolutely fantastic service during each encounter. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are very respectful of our home. Would highly recommend them. Office staff is also great.

I don't usually write reviews but when a company simply stands above the rest, I believe they deserve to be noticed. I spent all day Sunday creating a mess on a 1 1/4 water pressure regulator. By 7 pm, we had no water in the house and I was done! I called Countywide and the owner, Rick was patient enough to explain the problem and the possible resolution on a Sunday night! He sent one of his guys the next morning, Nick, who was already briefed and began putting the puzzle together. Nick really knew his stuff! By mid-morning, he restored water to the house and got rid of all my headaches. Simple as that! These guys are fair and professional. I learned that CountyWide has been around since 1992 - this is the reason why!

Highly recommend. The master responded quickly and took care of all my problems with the oven and filtration system. Will definitely use again.

OCP replaced my old metal leaking gas line (1977) from the service meter to the house. Michael C had to dig past a concrete slab and under a fence, he was very professional and got the job completed.

Old Towne Plumbing is a scammy company. I have a tenant who believed she had mold in her unit, so she called this company. Carl Shields came out and told her it was bad. I spoke to him and he told me it was bad and would need all sorts of expensive work. To prove it, he told me would come back to the unit with a camera and take pictures of the insides of the walls. He said he would hire a 3rd party company to take samples and do testing. Shields quoted me at $800 for the testing and told me that everything else would be part of a free estimate.

Everything about him seemed fishy, but I was very busy with other work at the time and my tenant was so convinced she was getting sick due to mold. I told Shields to send me a work contract before doing any testing. He never sent the work contract nor did I sign anything; he scheduled with the tenant and came in there to do the testing anyway and tried to bill me for $1,210.

When I objected to the extra $410 in extraneous charges, instead of addressing them, Shields started to accuse me of being an absentee landlord.

I don’t know how many plumbing companies out there make their work on predatory practices like this, but this is the first time I’ve ever come across it. Steer clear of this company!
