Within a matter of minutes of filling out the online form late at night, we had a guarantee appointment the next morning. Chris Shay was our technician that morning and from the very first minute he was super professional and explained everything up front. From start to finish, each part of the removal of the old system, installation and clean up, Chris and his crew were fantastic. They even made sure to help with contacting our HOA about the portion of the line that had to run outside on the wall and verified that all the work that was completed was done properly for our CCR's. The office staff is also very professional and each time I have placed a call, whether it to be to make an appointment or to check on financing, I have never been disappointed. I am so glad we found Nexgen and we will continue to use them for regular service calls and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks.
