Easy to make an appointment and almost next day. The tech who arrived, Manny, was excellent. Was extremely thorough in checking everything and explained every single detail of the process. Hands down best AC tech and will be the only person I want to service my system. Manny took his time to explain how to maximize our system and will be doing a few upgrades because of his recommendations.

I've used Avis twice yearly for 10 years for check ups/maintenance, and they've always been great. Yesterday our HVAC system stopped working, the ops Mgr was here 45-min after I called and today they replaced the system with a Carrier Infinity. Both workers were very nice and clean. They were friendly and professional. When the lead arrived around 10:30 am, I asked for a completion estimate and he said 4-4:30 pm, and they finished at 4:20 pm! Thank you guys and thank you Avis. Keep up the good work.
