Andrew was professional and knowledgeable about our system, and allowed me to peek over his shoulder as he confirmed that our heating unit is running well. He answered all my questions, and explained the “why” behind what he was doing so that I could have peace of mind regarding my system moving forward.

We are very satisfied customers From customer service calling as soon as possible and taking care of the problem to Edward who was the guy that came down to our house to fix the problem. He was very respectful and professional he came prepare to work and helping us stay save in this hard times due to COVID wearing his mask as well as wearing covers for shoes taking them off and on as he walk in and out of the house also wearing gloves at all times. He came and took his time to see what the problems was answer our questions with no problem he was nice and respectful and explained everything to us patiently since my dad only speaks Spanish. I used them since 2013. On every occasion technician claims there is no issue. last check done on October 2014. and quoted perfect condition.
Now after only four month technician claims unit is very OLD !!! and need to be replaced.
he didn't even bother to troubleshoot circuit board to point to real issue
it looks like that $60 is donation they collect just to touch the unit.
Jaky who claimed is in charge is very rude and up to start a fight. instead of addressing issue simply says we can not please everyone.
Jacky check your Yelp barley even one start. I am sure people even don't bother to give you a HATE it rating. this place is a total shame. customer beware.
