I was helping my friends make some drywall repairs when, like and bonehead, I put a screw right into a PEX pipe. We asked this company to replace a part of our water heater . The part was issued by Ferguson thru our warranty . The initial cost for this guys to initiate work was $500+. Their person went there replaced the part that was wrong . They charged us for the replacement and labor. The total expense was $1100+ and the water heater still not fixed. Two options we have buy a new one which will cost us $2 k or ask them to return and fix it and who knows how much they will charge us again. We are small business and during this pandemic we do not have enough income that will cover this emergency costs. It is unbelievable that small businesses have no way to fight this financial crisis! Just beware of this kind of deals that are hidden. Thank you.

I used this company today for the septic tank installation, and they made it. Their plumber was very nice and polite, keeping me informed throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond in customer service. I greatly appreciated how he did it in a short period. Highly recommended!

I called on a Sunday morning, customer service was quick and fast they told me that someone would be out within the hour. About less than an hour later Sam the tech showed up at my front door. He was super knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and concerns regarding the work that needed to be done.

Sam checked under the house, every sink, toilet and shower to locate the problem and all with a smile. He gave helpful hints about how we can keep our drains clean, top line products to use, etc.

Also, my puppy enjoyed a few runs with Sam once he completed the job. Thank you so much for making this crazy pluming issue a great experience. I normally don't like that akward feeling when people are in my house that I don't know, but this tech was super friendly and outgoing which made it easy for me.

Anthony provided excellent service. I called nexgen at 6:43pm and the technician was finishing a job in Newport Beach and would call when he was on his way to my home. Anthony arrived a little after 7:30pm and was able to diagnose and repair and clean up the existing pool of water. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand. Orlando, Jacob and the crew came out to repair some clogs we had in out front yard. The project ended up being astronomically biggger than we initially conceived but the crew kept me in the loop at every stage of work. They were extremely kind, professional, amicable and honest. I didn't feel deceived when things came up and trusted them completely at the first sign of trouble. They ended up also installing and supplying a water heater a day after we requested one. They were also communicative and reliable and came to help at the drop of a hat.

I don't think I'll trust anyone other than these boys with my plumbing, heating and other issues around the house.
