Drain Busters offers quick, dependable and excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I were out of town when we got a call from our neighbors that our upstairs complex we live in had a leak coming into their downstairs home. We're close with the neighbors so we had them take a spare key we left and check on it. We were hours away and had no idea what was wrong and the neighbors couldn't figure it out either. So we called Drain Busters and they came with in the afternoon to assist. They were reasonably priced for the short notice and fixed the problem immediately as they were prepared with the right equipment not event knowing what the issue was. Thanks Drain Busters!

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I loved how considerate they were in regards to time - actually following up and letting me know ETA. The technicians, Christian and Leo, were very methodical and diligent in identifying and addressing my problems with the backyard drain. Also they were very reasonably priced and given that they lived up to their high ratings, I feel I got a great deal. I would definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

I called Nic-Beck’s Plumbing for an estimate for a mainline sewer blockage. Their estimate was a fraction of what we received from other companies and included more than what was being offered by their competitors!…I was shocked by the other outrageous prices we received and am thankful for calling around for additional estimates. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the process to resolve the issue was explained in full detail. All of the technicians were respectful and courteous from the very start and made my frustrating day and experience pleasurable. After the visit, the technician said he is going to the car, and send the estimate to my email. I never got the emial. I called two days latet. Your company told me that replacing a shower valve with wall already opened, no patch up afterward costs 1300 dollars each. Is this real.?
