I woke up to a flooded lawn and called these guys. They found a leak in my main water line and fixed it in a couple of hours. Nice people, I would use them again.

Rick at Drain Buster's came to my rescue. During the walk through the new home owners discovered a leak in the planter bed. We had one day to fix it before escrow closes. Update - As stated I called Owen back for a job, they were reasonable, helpful and did very good work. This is a family owned company. I stand by them. They deserve your business. Choose them over the big guys and I promise you won't be dissapointed.

My backyard was flooded due to the rain today. Company was on the top of situation was able to come and fix the problem.Derek was superb! He explained the problem clearly and recommended the solution precisely, easy for me to understand. Company has the state of art equipments to pinpoint the problem caused. I called on a Sunday morning, customer service was quick and fast they told me that someone would be out within the hour. About less than an hour later Sam the tech showed up at my front door. He was super knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and concerns regarding the work that needed to be done.

Sam checked under the house, every sink, toilet and shower to locate the problem and all with a smile. He gave helpful hints about how we can keep our drains clean, top line products to use, etc.

Also, my puppy enjoyed a few runs with Sam once he completed the job. Thank you so much for making this crazy pluming issue a great experience. I normally don't like that akward feeling when people are in my house that I don't know, but this tech was super friendly and outgoing which made it easy for me.
