B and B did a great job installing an expansion tank to for my new water heater. I was having issues with my t and p valve and I didn’t know what the issue was and I couldn’t use my new water heater. I called two other local plumbers during my search who wanted to book an appointment two days later, no thanks I need a hot shower today. We had a new Rheem water heater installed 6 months ago and now the unit’s pilot light will not stay not on. Rheem warranty service sent out Drain Rite Plumbing. Michael from Drain Rite promptly replaced the component indicated by the diagnostic readings from the water heater. This unfortunately did not resolve the problem. Michael then began troubleshooting the issue and quickly found the real problem and had it resolved in record time. Michael had everything he needed with him in the truck to handle all possible scenarios. He was professional and is very knowledgeable in his profession. He represents Drain Rite Plumbing and himself in an exemplary manner. Thanks for a job well done!
