Mr Edwards' (president of C/W,) pricing for a full heat and a/c system was not only more than fair (especially in these financially challenging times) but the installation was quick and accommodating. Mr Santos's knowledge and expertise is exemplary in performing such a difficult and technical task. (He oblivious had a very experienced and knowledgeable as well as compassionate, considerate and patient instructor of the highest order as a fine young man). Excellent work! We requested an appointment and they came the next day. The following day we had our HVAC completely installed. Impeccable job. Everyone was fantastic from Brian (sales) to Jorge, Omar, Albert, Javier, & Ronald. So glad we went with these guys.

I've used Avis twice yearly for 10 years for check ups/maintenance, and they've always been great. Yesterday our HVAC system stopped working, the ops Mgr was here 45-min after I called and today they replaced the system with a Carrier Infinity. Both workers were very nice and clean. They were friendly and professional. When the lead arrived around 10:30 am, I asked for a completion estimate and he said 4-4:30 pm, and they finished at 4:20 pm! Thank you guys and thank you Avis. Keep up the good work.
