Twice I've needed a plumber and TP Rooter came to the rescue! Their We're there for you attitude puts them at the top of my list!

We’ve had some issues with the air conditioning performance in our home, so my parents referred us to Nexgen. They used Nexgen last year to replace their heating and air conditioning unit, and have just raved about Nexgen ever since. Today we met James. James was wonderful to work with!! He took the time to inspect the airflow and our duct system. After his inspection, we discussed our current system and what our options were. James took the time to make a personal connection, and even talked to and played with my 22 month old twins after they woke up from their nap. It was the most pleasant and easygoing experience I’ve had with any type of service call. I’m so happy to have found them, and would recommend Nexgen, as well as James to anyone that is in need of heating and air conditioning services or repair.

Addressed several issues. Gave good advice on the best approach for each. I trust their judgment and integrity.

Gregorio and Carlos came right on time. They protect my floor with drop cloths. They readily climbed down under the house to check for my leak. Something that no other plumbers wanted to do for the last two years. There was no leak so they would not accept any money from me even when I I insisted. They are clean, courteous and gave me honest opinions. Absolutely refreshing to have great service that goes beyond.

Excellent experience. I had an estimate and a scheduled installation in about twenty minutes. Installation included new earthquake straps, gas valve, water lines. I received a text to let me know they would be at our home in thirty minutes. The installers were professional, courteous and respectful. The installers had face masks and gloves(Covid at time of this review)The water heater is American made with excellent reviews. I highly recommend Water Heater Warehouse.

These guys are great! They showed up on time, had knowledge of the situation and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Along with all that they have prices that beat most of their competition. Definitely will use their services in the future.

Working with Fernando has been fantastic. As a property management coordinator, I can always count on OC Rooter being responsible, professional and fair priced. The last job I sent to him it was for a leak detection. Fernando went above and beyond with the leak detection, making sure he did not miss anything, going out there 2 days to even check roof, attic and any other possible sources of leaks since it was not a plumbing issue. 100% recommend OC Rooter! Helped me with my kitchen sink on more than 1 occasion. I mistakenly called another service and they tried to rip me off. They were honest with me and fixed all of my problems at a very reasonable price. Their employees were excellent, polite and honest. Wont ever call another company again. Thank you so very muc .
