Today, Easter Sunday, I woke up to two clogged toilets and showers. I didn’t think I could find anyone to come out and I thought there would be an extra charge because it’s a Holiday. I called orange coast plumbing and they answered right away and told me they have a technician and there would not be an extra fee because of the holiday. Colton came within an hour and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He took care of the problem within half an hour and kindly checked out a few other plumbing issues I had. He was very honest and helpful with his suggestions. I highly recommend this company.

We received our annual notice for testing our backflow preventers and didn't even realize that they were due the very next day. I called these guys on Tues. Afternoon and they were at our facility Wed. Morning at 8AM. All four of our devices were tested by 9:30AM and paperwork filed later that day. Amazing service for an extremely fair price.

I made an appointment 1 week ago and was given a 10 am - 12 pm window for a toilet install. The price seemed reasonable but that was the only plus. Received a confirmation phone call the day before. Then the service went to unreliable, unresponsive, excuse filled, waste of time. I called them at 12:20 pm to see when they were to arrive. I was told they “were finishing the other job”and would be here shortly. Over promise and under deliver. The only reason there is 1 star is because I can’t leave ZERO stars. Wasted an entire day- which is my only day off waiting for nothing. Would not recommend.
