Great experience. Wesley went out of his way to determine my needs, special circumstances and options. Got the job done the same day, was very thorough with finishing touches, testing and cleanup. Cost was a little higher than I expected, but the service was worth it.

After calling a dozen plumbers on a super busy day, I was relieved to find Iron Pipe online at the last minute. Not only were they able to come out the same day for a nasty backed up sewage line but they were on time, polite, and effectively got the job done at a very fair price. Definitely recommend Ron and his team, and will be looking forward to using their services again.

Very dissatisfying and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place at all I would recommend they go out of business the plumber called prior to a job expressing his concerns about getting paid without accessing the job on top of wanting me to know about his children in the back seat an how they have to eat very uncalled for why tell a potential customer about how people have cheated him out of $20000 TMI BE AWARE

I can't speak for his plumbing abilities. However his driving abilities are terrible. Driving on the expressway on the passing lane going 95 km an hour refusing to move over. Unprofessional, and reckless. Not a good idea driving your company vehicle. 👋

Rick from Bison was amazing, even after snowing and flooding, him and his team was able to hydrojet my outdoor drain. They initially used a camera to find that there were roots cloggin the drain. When the weather was better, they were able to hydrojet the roots out and more flooding even after the March showers. Thanks again Team Bison for helping my family and neighbors out. They're only plumbing company I would go to.

Had Justin come to my condo a year ago and now to my new house. Great service. Won’t use any other company then Nowicki’s. Can’t beat them.

Driving down EC Row expressway, I was behind one of their company vehicles. Not only was the passenger smoking in the car (which is against the law, nonetheless), they littered it AND bounced it right off my windshield. VERY unprofessional and ignorant. They also were speeding and not using turn signals. If how they drive and behave on the road reflects what their service is like, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We had a plumbing emergency and were told they were coming the next day between 8-9 am. At 930 am I called to inquire about their status and to find out when exactly they would be available to honor their commitment. I ended up speaking with a man whom I'm assuming was in charge (though I can't figure out why anybody would have faith in thinking that he was capable of communication with humans in any form whatsoever 🤨). He commenced to telling me there had NOT in fact, been any miscommunication about the time frame, but that Mario was indeed busy on other jobs and would get to me when he could.. 😳

Huh? Wait what? Where do they do that at? He carried on, saying I was free to call another company if I would like (yeah thanks for your permission guy 🙄). I tried to explain that I had some dire situations to tend to and was a bit anxious, because throughout the night I had a friend taken to the emergency room, who is now on life support, and another friend just rushed to the hospital, preparing to have an emergency c-section - scared and alone. But none of that mattered to him at all.. because he never let me get past the part where I told him my son was diagnosed with covid19 - he ASSumed my son was in the home and that would in turn be putting his crew at risk 🤦🏼‍♀️ Of course, big mouth, big man on campus was just as wrong as he was rude! My son was quarantined over an hour away and in fact has never even been to my house. My son is grown and on his own.. And I guess so am I, when it comes to finding a COMPETENT, CAPABLE crew, worthy of my business.

Don't waste your time.. there are plenty of plumbers out there who respect your business, will show up on time and show you the respect you deserve!
