Best Repair Job in Detroit MI

Big Larry came out and gave AMAZING service! Our basement flooded around 5pm. We called around for more than an hour to get someone to come out and shake it. Unfortunately, many people in metro Detroit are experiencing flooded basements. Quinton answered and said someone will be out in an hour. Although it did take longer than an hour (due to them being extremely busy), we are so grateful that someone was able to come out tonight. Larry was very friendly and did a thorough job. The roots in our system makes the job a little tougher. We'll definitely use Quick Fixx again. Thanks Larry!

I used Bubbys to fix my bathroom plumbing and I am very happy with the job. Kyle who did my project was very professional he took his time to explain me all the job and why he is doing that way...after he finished he clean all area. I highly recommended Bubbys for your plumbing work.

Ummm never used their service.. Though I have asked a dozen times to get a disposal unit put in.
For 2 years and I know the owner... Our kids train in the same place.. Yet just ignored lol.
Pish. It is what it isn't.. Thornton and Grooms did put a water heater in a couple of weeks ago.

I can't speak for his plumbing abilities. However his driving abilities are terrible. Driving on the expressway on the passing lane going 95 km an hour refusing to move over. Unprofessional, and reckless. Not a good idea driving your company vehicle. 👋

This plumber is an absolute gem! From start to finish, their professionalism and honesty shone through. Their work was of the highest quality, and they were always reliable, arriving right on time whenever they scheduled with the head office. I felt completely at ease knowing I was dealing with a true expert, and their trustworthy nature made the whole experience so smooth.

We have almost 100-year-old house with galvanized piping and mini water line/ sewage issues as we found out once we tore open the walls. However, DJ, the plumber was awesome and definitely made us feel comfortable no matter what the scary situation. 😭

No surprises with the pricing either – it remained consistent throughout, despite unexpected challenges during the job. They went above and beyond, even offering their expertise on other projects we needed help with. Their estimate was incredibly reasonable and you truly get what you pay for – top-notch service! Especially after having to deal with four different quotes, which is four separate $50 fees for plumbers to come out and over charge on their estimates.

As out-of-towners, we were initially anxious about finding honest workers, but this plumber exceeded all expectations. I can't recommend them enough – a true professional with a heart of gold!

Contacted owner and multiple times he said he would return money throughout 3 weeks time. BUT he never did. And now he wont answer any phone calls or texting.
Makes me SICK.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, horrible customer service. they agree to take my insurance claim to come out and fix my furnace and then the next thing i know they cancel. They told me we shouldn't have taken your claim but we did but we can't come out to look at your furnace. The owner gave me nothing but excuses after he agreed to take my claim. Now I have been without heat for 3 days. Can't believe they treat people like this

I called to enquire about services and the person who answered the phone told me I had the wrong number. I verified that I was speaking to the plumbing company; he replied I was. I repeated my inquiry and the person hung up on me. This is very unprofessional. They do not deserve 1 full star!
