I’ve used Cregger in the past for all of my plumbing needs. This time I needed AC work done and I needed it done immediately… on a Saturday. . Called around a couple of other shops, some weren’t open, some couldn’t fit me in til the next week or two. So I returned to ol’ faithful. Gave Cregger a call and thank God they were able to get a tech, Scott, out to diagnose my AC issues a couple hours later. Scott was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options which ultimately boiled down to me having to replace my entire A/C unit/system. Just as I was about to despair, figuring I’d have to wait days or weeks to schedule a time to get these guys out here to do the tear out and new install, Scott worked some magic and made it all happen IN THE SAME DAY. 24 hours after my old AC went out, I had a brand new AC unit installed and blowing cold air into my home again! My wife and two young sons definitely appreciated it. The estimate and the price I paid were identical. No surprise charges or anything like that. Scott took the time to show me what he was doing, why it needed to be done, and what parts he needed to do it. Everything was transparent.Will continue to be a faithful customer moving forward. Scott deserves a raise;)

Called Levine & Sons to address an issue I was having with the drain for my downspouts. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. Most importantly, they completed the job as if they actually cared. The guys that were on-site could not have been more attentive to detail. I have used L&S in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
