The two men that came out could not be any nicer. They protected my carpeted steps to the basement before they brought the machinery in and they were extremely polite and informative. I would highly recommend them as they came out within two hours of me calling for a backed up sewer. I have taken all other plumbers out of my address book as they will be my first choice!
