Install a new toilet wax ring on a leaky toilet. Toilet continue to leak. So I tried to call and text Al and Demetrius numerous times. Went straight to voicemail. Never a call back and no response. So I had to pay another plumber to do the job right. What’s so interesting is that I was going to hire them to do a much larger job. I try and support my local business when I can. But when I do I get someone that’s trying to get over on people.

The communication and responsiveness at every step was excellent. We had the same technician (Robert) give us a free estimate and then complete the work and he was very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable in terms of the pandemic as he wore a mask throughout the process and immediately disclosed that he was fully vaccinated. Additionally, the work was completed perfectly and at the lowest end of the cost spectrum based on the initial estimate. That was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend to anyone.

I called for an appointment yesterday, they came today and as I sit here right now everything I needed fixed is FIXED. Tim replaced a toilet that had decided it wasn't going to flush anymore. He listened to my concerns and asked what I wanted in a new toilet, then made a recommendation for a new one. I also needed a trap replaced under my bathtub - that actually ended up costing less than the original quote. I really appreciated the honesty, and the savings. My bathtub drains and my new toilet is a BEAST. I could not be happier with the work Tim (and his helper Noah) did today.
I'd also add that not only did they do the work efficiently and to my wishes, but they were extremely pleasant to have in my home. They were kind to my cats and careful not to let the little monsters escape as they went about the job. I highly recommend hiring Motor City Plumbing and Drain for whatever you need done.

Service was excellent. I had a clogged toliet with new installed and leaks in my pipes. Metal pipes were removed and replace with PVC pipe. They came in immediately started working, explained everything and answered all questions. I'll highly recommend them.
