Best Flood Damage in Detroit MI

I was happy to be able to get a technician outside of normal business hours. The technician was courteous & did an excellent job, but the prices are outrageous.

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.
I really appreciated Jerry/ jay awesome customer service.

*Update- we had an issue again and had to call them.Once again, completely pleased with the service. Whenever anyone asks for recommendations i am always glad to give them WaterWork info.* We have uses them 3 times, 2 were emergencies which they showed up within a couple hours for each of those. I just had them at my house to figure oit what was wrong with our outside spigot and they came next day. Chris had to replace part of the piping, replaced the spigot and gave a quote for updating all of our pipes. Every person we have spoken with or had at the house has been friendly and professional. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

Your technician Derrick, was on time. He located the main sewage trunk and went right to work. The experience for me was painless, I cant say the same for Derrick, pulling such large equipment around. He left no mess. I have never had such good work done in my home. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
