He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly- kept me informed and helped me understand each step so I knew where the costs were being incurred. He was also very personable and waited for me to check with my spouse over the phone before committing to any repairs. I would highly recommend James and Cregger plumbing to my own family and anyone who wanted a friendly, top-notch plumbing repair experience.

First appointment was canceled unexpectedly, however when they arrived for the next appointment the tech was professional and friendly. Job was complete under 15 minutes.

Was referred to Tom by a friend. They were fast, efficient, and professional.

I called them because my bathtub flouset was not working. He came I talked to him about the problem and told him about the problem and what's wrong and said I have a new flaucet as well. He spends 5 mins replacing the nozzle from the new one to the old one and charged 100. I thought he was joking for doing something so simple and charging an extreme amount. He was on the phone talking to his friend talking about how how he makes $65 an hour. But the way he rips people of i can tell he's making so much more. I called to complain but Heaney said there is a service charge for just going to your house so it could be why. oI would never call them again in my life and I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of service.

Appreciate the effort but don’t say you can take something out then don’t end up doing so
