Had a emergency with my condo in downtown Detroit late on a Saturday night of course. I called 3 places before I came across Ron at Iron Pipe. I wish I called him first. He was the only one willing to come out and help me out. He was very friendly and easy going. Fixed my issue without any issues. He charged a reasonable amount for the time he was there and I was extremely satisfied with the service. I have his card and will be using him in the future if I ever have any more issues. Great job on time and very professional. Set up waterline for ice maker. Price steep for time it took but I was grateful to have it done. I appreciated call before he came and when he arrived I have a busy household and could have easily missed appointment without call.I would hire them again.

Poor company , tech did not do anything ,sat and took some pictures did not troubleshoot the problem and said it would be 1,000 dollars to fix a hot water heater,stay away from them or you will get ripped off

Just after the first night after install I noticed a difference in my water. It just felt cleaner. I live on a lake and have well water so the water can be smelly and slimy. Ever since I’ve gotten the tankless water heater, I haven’t noticed the smell at all and the sliminess of the water has gone away, not completely because we still technically have well water but it definitely has helped it. I also love how much more extra space I have without the big water tank! The guys were able to get the job done pretty fast and we’re super friendly and professional. They know what they’re doing and I would highly recommend going with Tankless Pros.
