Our toilet backed up and caused our bathroom to flood. Al cleared the sewer and reinstalled our toilet he was very prompt and very professional just like last time. I love this location I made the mistake of calling a general number for Rotter Rooter when I needed them again and the experience was not the best; so my husband suggested I find my paperwork from last time and ask for the same person that’s exactly what we did!
