I called and got a fast appointment. Scott was fair and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and took time to explain what he was doing. He could’ve sold me a new unit, but he repaired my existing unit. I believe the cost was fair.

Mohammad and Jamie did a good job of explaining the situation and being transparent. The earliest they were able to see us was on a Friday, and when Jamie got there and figured out the issue, he scheduled us for a next day appointment on Saturday. That is lightning fast service for an HVAC company! They resolved the issue to the extent possible and gave us a range of options moving forward. I normally am apprehensive about the companies that warranties like to partner with and have had bad experiences in the past, but Home Service Corp was very helpful and supportive. Would use again even without warranty.

Luke was very professional and nice guy.

We called them on 8/3/20 they opened the sewer line but by Saturday it backup again we haven't heard from them and they haven't come back do not use their service!
