Absolutely above and beyond amazing! We spoke to many different companies about redoing all of the plumbing in our 100+ year old home. After speaking with Zack we knew we had found the best small business to support. He showed up on time with excellent help and was able to completely fix our plumbing problems in a regular work day. Quick courteous and responsive. He communicated everything along the way and did a full walk through with us before he left to make sure everything was in tip top shape. They came out to Winterize my Swamp Coole, and it was quick, easy... and he even gave me some insider advice about how to best care for the unit. And -- I didn't have to wait weeks for the appointment! It was within a few days of my phone call.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

They replaced a water heater for us and did a good professional job. When they went to turn on the water to the house the main shutoff valve broke in the off position. They located the outside shutoff, but it also had problems and we were in the position where we might have to wait on Denver Water to fix it before we could have water back. Green solutions found a work around, worked late and got our water running that same day. We are very appreciative.
