I believe the gentleman's name was Dominique, he came out pretty quickly took a minute to look at what needed fixed, then grabbed his tools and got the job done in roughly 30-45 minutes. We then turned on all the water in the house to make sure it was draining correctly.Afterwards I paid and he left. He also cleaned up any messes he made during the job which was a first for me. Typically I have to clean up when I call someone out to unclog that drain. But not this time.

Zack was great, we had a mistaken frozen pipe (turned out to just be dead batteries on our facuet, doh), but he was courteous and checked a few other things before he confirmed that was the only culprit. I wasn't really sure what to expect, having picked Green Plumbing by Yelping for plumbers in the Highlands Ranch area. Called to make an appointment, spoke to James, and very quickly had a date scheduled.

Ryan showed up as scheduled, went over the work I'd wanted done, looked into it, came up with an estimate and explained what he observed, what he recommended, and the estimated cost. These were all very reasonable, so I gave the go ahead - had a balky kitchen faucet and shut off valves and a house shutoff valve replaced. Ryan then proceeded to do the work and finished much faster than he thought he would ---- and then dropped the cost of repairs to reflect the fact that he needed less time than thought!

Everything about the entire process - from making the appointment, getting the work done, and the actual end results (over a week later) - was about as excellent as one could have hoped for.
